This document contains the second report of inventory damage prepared by ServidorsCAT. It is, therefore, an updated version of the first version, issued December 1, 2017 (available here).
This report should be considered as a draft and may contain gaps or errors. There is also information over damages pending confirmation. ServidorsCAT seeks to operate with maximum rigor to disseminate information. The sources of information are of mainly three types: official publications (Official Diary of the Catalan Government (DOGC), Official Bulletin of the Spanish State (BOE), media and internal sources (websites, own elaboration, etc). This damage inventory shall be continuously updated. Anyone can cooperate by sending information of interest to
denuncia@servidorscat.cat.
ServidorsCAT guarantees the confidentiality of messages received. The presentation of this report contains the objectives pursued through its development.
This inventory of damages focuses on the impact and real -life consequences of the measures taken by the Spanish State pursuant to the application of Article 155 of the CE (Spanish Constitution) and clearly describes the dimensions and severity of these damages. We are thereby responding to the need to enumerate in one source all the damages inflicted on Catalan institutions and society, given that often the measures that cause them are unknown, sparsely publicized, or simply not publicized at all.
