The Spanish ruling party, Popular Party, was founded by seven Fascists Minister of Dictator Francisco Franco. He banned the Catalan self-government, language and hanged thousands of Catalans. The Spanish Prime Minister, has been acting illegally with the same aim as Franco did as Miquel Strubell explains:
1. Sending police into polling stations during October 1 referendum.
2. Dissolving Catalan Parliament.
3. Sacking Catalan government and president
4. Calling Catalan elections with politicians jailed
5. Blocking the majority's leader Carles Puigdemont from being voted in as president
6. Blocking the majority's No. 2 Jordi Sànchez from being voted in as president
7. Blocking the majority's No. 3 Jordi Turull from being voted in as president by locking him up in mid-debate
8. 8. He'll still block Catalonia's finances, in defiance of the Constitution
9. He doesn't curb smear campaign against new president
10. He threatens the "provocative" appointment of new Catalan Cabinet
President Quim Torra's new cabinet. Several await release from prison and/or trumped-up charges being dropped before returning physically to Catalonia.
