MEPs visit Catalan political prisoners

Thirteenn MEPs just visited the Lledoners prison to meet with the Catalan political prisoners. They demanded their immediate freeing, that the rights of the Catalans be respected, and that the Public Prosecutor immediately re-evaluates the unjust charges of rebellion and sedition. "The repressors should know that there’s nothing they can do against so much dignity and humanity. Their lie will collapse and democracy and freedom will prevail" said one of the MEPs.

No Spanish TV, radio, or newspaper representation at the press conference for the MEPs visiting the political prisoners. Only Catalan media represented. A recurring informational blockade that keeps Spanish public opinion uninformed.
