Spanish PM Sanchez refuses Catalan President Torra offer to dialogue

The president of Catalonia, Quim Torra, sent a letter yesterday to the president of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, to meet. The Catalan president did not impose any condition of date or place. However, he explained that Sanchez has been president for four months now, thanks to the votes of the Catalan sovereignty, and has not yet made any political proposal or gesture of dialogue.

Sanchez's surprising response was that "it's not the time" nor for meeting nor for find a date to meet, denying any dialogue. A year ago Catalan pacifist leaders are in the Spanish prison preventively.
