CUP lists in local elections grow from 165 to 208

The Candidacy of Popular Unity (CUP) obtained 382 local councillors in the last local elections in 2015. That year the left pro independence coalition had 165 candidatures. CUP is ruling in 32 local governments. This time CUP will be in 4 villages of the Aran Valley (Occitan speaking region administratively in Catalonia) and in the city of Majorca.
