Spanish colonial court: "you will not answer in Spanish for a personal option, but by force. It is a legal imperative, you are obligated"

The Spanish court showed again today their worst authoritarian face. From the beginning the court is banning Catalan people to express in their motherlanguage. Today Joan Vallvé, former Vice-President of Òmnium Cultural, was called to testify. Òmnium Cultural is a organization formed in 1961 to defend Catalan cultural rights as the use of the language. The infamous inquisitor Marchena has been absolutely agressive against Vallvé when he tried to explain why he was forces to speak in Spanish: "you will not answer in Spanish for a personal option, but by force. It is a legal imperative, you is obligated to make his statements in the language that regulates this procedural act".
