False Accusations, Real Protests; "Spanish Occupation Forces Out"

Protests at fifty cities and villages denounced the Spanish false accusations against Catalan peaceful pro independence people. There have not been a single violent attack by pro independence people, neither and anecdote last years but the Spanish paramilitary police yesterday raided private homes with an unusual and desproportionated violence. They found nothing but caused terror trying, once more, to intimidate the Catalan people. Some 500 officers took part in the whole arrest operation, and according to the Guardia Civil. Five hundred armed officers for seven unarmed people.

Dozens of thousands of demonstrators gathered in Sabadell, Mollet, Vic, Vilanova, Manresa, Girona or Reus. Many of them surrounded the HQ of the Spanish paramilitary police, protected by Spanish police in Catalonia. People demanded the the withdrawal of the occupying forces. shouted "Get away Spanish Occupation Forces" in reference to the Spanish armed corps who terrorize civil population for claiming for a Democratic Referendum.

Nine people were arrested, two of them were released later. They are acused by the Spanish public prosecutor labelled a "Catalan secessionist terrorist group." Terrorists with a single violent act? Yes, as the Catalan government and peaceful grasroots leaders are jailed for two years for a rebellion... without violence.
