Dozens of Schools in Majorca Restore Their Dignity

If the Spanish nationalist government in the Balearic Islands thought it would be easy to get rid of the Catalan language, they were wrong. Dozens of schools have answered the recent attack with a strong campaign. As these photos show, countless schools have placed the Catalan flag on their façades. A popular campaign called “Enllaçats per la llengua” (Linked for our language) has spread all over the island. This campaign aims at restoring dignity against this revolting genocide. Their message is clear: the government of Partido Popular shall not do what Franco did in the past.

Jaume Bonet is not alone.
