I support an independent Catalonia.

I support an independent Catalonia but, at the same time, for me 11th September doesn't mean anything in specific. Actually, Catalanism and Independentism are two different concepts.

Some people want the independence of Catalunya because there are Catalanists but others, like me, fight for the independence of this country without being Catalanist. And this is because we are democrats. Because we believe in the freedom of the individual, of its culture and education. We believe in a country with a juridical system free of political bias and free of corruption. And we do not accept the systematic economical and political oppression to smother any democratic ambitions of any European community.

Dear Krystyna, you ara very right.

I am not a nacionalist, in fact a hate te concept.
As i live in Catalunya i am a Catalanist, because the Catalan culture and tongue that goes with it is very dear to me.
As for you, my biggest drive is to work for FREEDOM, for a new and much mor direct (= non professionbal ) DEMOCRACY.
I am happy with your words that show what's really important!
