Belgium refuses the extradition of rapper Valtonyc

Rapper Valtonyc arrived today at Ghent courthouse for the judgment on his trial, in Ghent, Belgium, 17 September 2018. The court judged on the day whether to extradite the controversial rapper to Spain, the resolution was clear: He will be no extradited to the Spanish Kingdom. The Spanish Inquisition is defeated once more and European Freedom of Expression prevails over the Spanish censorship.
Valtonyc, 24, Catalan speaker from Majorca currently in Belgium, was accused by the Spanish Audiencia Nacional Court of praising terrorism and defamation against the Spanish Crown in his lyrics.
