The motion approved today follows another one against the Spanis monarchy, imposed by Fascist Franco Dictator, passed in the Catalan Parliament two weeks ago. This comes after the Socialist cabinet in Madrid announced its intention to take the measure to the Constitutional Court. It has been approved by a clear majority with the only votes against of Popular Party (founded by Franco's ministers), C'anos (lead by a daughter and niece of a Franco's policeman and a Franco's governor) and the ruling socialist party condemned by state terrorism with the GAL net.
