"

"The judicial process that we are suffering the nine people who are in prison and the five who are in exile is unfair and hard," so that what "we need are facts and not gestures," he adds.

The political leader stresses that "prisoners are not, we do not want to be, the currency of any political negotiation" and adds: "Even less I want in my misery as a prisoner and tried to be exchanged for a few votes for the general budgets of the State. We did not hold the referendum on October 1 to approve the budgets. "

The ex-leader of the ANC warns that asking for "gestures with the prisoners" causes three "unwanted" effects, because in his opinion "it feeds even more the gesturing of the Spanish right", it "discourages" the Government to intervene before the Prosecutor's Office for "fear of the controversy and tension with the constitutionalist bloc" and "possible modifications of the Prosecutor's own office are blocked".

The president of the group of JxCat defends the need to politically address the debate of the budgets, but demanding from the government "important political questions", among which he cites an initiative to unblock the political negotiation or withdrawal of resources from the previous PP Government to the Constitutional against laws of the Parlament.
